It's terrible what steroids can do—especially in stupid people like this young Russian man who doesn't know how to use them properly. The most noticeable side effect is the so-called steroid gut, which can be seen in the original picture. Of course, this was the first thing I corrected on this unfortunate individual. I also had a lot of work to do on his face before I turned that horrible raw material into such a handsome young man. If this Russian had any sense, he would look like he does in the improved photo.
